The Solar sludge drying system is a modular greenhouse sludge drying system which uses solar energy to quickly and effectively reduce sludge volume and weight; the process is optimized by sludge ventilation and mixing system. The process is also fully automatic and can be remotely monitored and controlled.
The sludge is fed into the greenhouse and than distributed over the entire surface by dedicated turning device, available in different configurations according to the specific type of sludge to be treated. Sludge height is controlled by an automated system, and once it has been omogeneously distributed, it is mixed and the air recirculation fans are activated. Completed the drying sequence, a predetermined amount of sludge is conveyed to the discharge system and extracted from the solar house.
